Overview
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile apps published by Phry, including Daytab and Year Mood Calendar. It explains what information these apps store, when Apple platform services may be involved, and how your data is handled.
As more apps are published under Phry, this page may be updated so one shared policy can continue to cover the current app lineup clearly.
Apps Covered
- Daytab — Expense tracking and daily spending visibility.
- Year Mood Calendar — Mood logging and calendar-based reflection.
Core Privacy Principles Across Our Apps
- No separate Phry account is required for the current apps.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Our current apps are not built around ads or advertising trackers.
- User data is designed to live primarily on-device.
- Where supported, Apple-managed services such as iCloud may be used if the user enables them.
What Information Our Apps Store
Across our apps, we store the entries you create, the settings you choose, and the app state needed for core functionality.
- Daytab may store expenses, amounts, categories, wallets, merchant names, notes, budgets, themes, and app preferences.
- Year Mood Calendar may store mood entries, dates, optional notes or reflections you add, themes, and app preferences.
How Data Is Stored
Our apps are designed to store user data primarily on-device.
Where supported, Apple services such as iCloud may be used to sync data across a user's devices through that user's Apple account.
Phry does not currently run a separate account backend for these apps.
Apple Services and Platform Integrations
Some app features depend on Apple platform services rather than a separate Phry-owned account system.
- iCloud sync, when supported and enabled.
- Apple App Store billing for subscriptions or in-app purchases.
- Siri and Apple Shortcuts integrations.
- Apple Wallet and related personal automation flows where an app supports them.
App-Specific Notes: Daytab
- Receipt images can be used to extract text such as merchant, amount, and date so you can review and save an expense more quickly.
- If you log a foreign-currency expense, Daytab may request exchange-rate data so converted values can be shown using the app's current settings.
- If you use Siri Shortcuts or Apple Wallet automation, details such as merchant, amount, date, note text, or currency can be passed into Daytab so an expense can be created automatically or with less manual entry.
- Daytab Pro subscriptions are managed and billed through Apple's App Store systems.
App-Specific Notes: Year Mood Calendar
- Mood logs, dates, optional notes, and preferences are intended to stay local to your device unless Apple-managed sync is enabled where supported.
- Year Mood Calendar is not built around ad tracking.
- It does not use Daytab's finance-specific features such as receipt scanning, transaction logging, or Wallet automation.
Data Sharing
- Phry does not sell personal information.
- Information may be processed by Apple when needed for iCloud sync, App Store billing, Shortcuts, Siri, or Wallet-related platform integrations.
- We do not describe broad third-party sharing unless a feature actually requires it.
Analytics and Tracking
Our current apps are not built around advertising trackers.
If analytics, diagnostics, or similar tools are added later, this policy should be updated to describe them clearly.
Your Choices
- You can edit or delete your data within the app where those controls are available.
- You can disable iCloud-related behavior through your Apple settings where applicable.
- You can stop using Shortcuts or personal automations at any time.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not intended for children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this page as our apps change, as new apps are added, or as legal requirements change. When we do, the Last updated date on this page will also change.
