These Terms of Use apply to apps published by Phry, currently including Daytab and Year Mood Calendar.

• Daytab — Expense tracking and daily spending visibility.
• Year Mood Calendar — Mood logging and calendar-based reflection.

By downloading, accessing, or using an app published by Phry, you agree to these Terms of Use.

• Phry apps are consumer productivity and tracking tools.
• Daytab is an informational spending tool. It is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
• Year Mood Calendar is a journaling and mood-reflection tool. It is not mental health treatment, diagnosis, or clinical care.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for your personal, lawful use, subject to these terms and any applicable Apple platform rules.

• Use the apps lawfully and in line with applicable platform rules.
• Do not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the apps or related platform features.
• Do not reverse engineer the apps except where the law clearly allows it.

Some apps may include free features, paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Feature availability can change over time.

Where offered, subscriptions and in-app purchases are billed and managed through Apple's App Store systems.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple account in accordance with Apple's billing rules and policies.

Refunds, billing disputes, and subscription management are generally governed by Apple's policies and account tools.

• Daytab is for personal expense tracking and organization.
• You are responsible for reviewing your financial records for accuracy.
• Daytab should not be treated as professional financial advice.

• Year Mood Calendar is for personal reflection and mood tracking.
• It is not a medical or therapeutic service.
• Do not rely on it as a substitute for professional mental health care.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
• You are responsible for reviewing important records before acting on them.
• You are responsible for how you use, export, or rely on your stored information.

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Phry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, or use arising from your use of the apps.

• Features may change, improve, or be removed.
• Pricing may change prospectively.
• Some app features may expand as new platform capabilities become available.

We may update these terms as our apps, pricing, or legal requirements change. When we do, the Last updated date on this page will also change.

Use of the apps is also subject to relevant Apple platform terms, App Store rules, and Apple's standard licensed application terms where applicable.
